Changes to Data Protection Policy
To whom it may concern,
As of May 25, 2018, the European Parliament and Council Regulation no. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/CE (General Data Protection Regulation), came into force.
We would like to remind you that your personal data is stored in our database, therefore the company RM & CT Sp. z o.o., Gajowa 36G, 33-395 Chełmiec, Poland, is the Administrator of your personal data. At the same time, we would like to reassure you that we protect the safety of your personal data and process it exclusively for the purposes of our business activities, in particular:
- providing you with technical support and sales services,
- conducting marketing activities aimed at delivering customized offers for you,
- and other purposes arising from separate provisions of the law.
Your data shall be stored until you withdraw your consent for data processing.
We do not sell your personal data to other entities and only share it with postal operators and transport companies. You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your data or to rectify your data at any moment.

Please note: Providing your personal data is not obligatory. However, any missing information in the RM & CT Sp. z o.o. database will result in failure to execute any contracts concluded with you and to provide you with technical support.
